NEW FOOD PACKAGING IN STORE NOW

From August 2018, customers will notice our rebranded food packaging start to appear on shelf in all major stockists.

We are excited to announce our new packaging will start to appear on shelf from August 2018. This transition to new packaging will occur over a number of months. During this time there will be a mix of current and new packaging on shelf.

There are no major changes to these products, in some instances there is a small name change or slight recipe improvement, see below for the full details.

Products purchased via the website will be delivered to customers in our old packaging until the end of October. From November, products ordered from the website will be delivered in the new packaging.

Please note, our Infant Formula packaging will not be rebranded until later in 2019.

提升寶寶抵抗力的7個小貼士

季節轉換或是冬天都有好多寶寶會病,媽媽們平常都會為了提高寶寶扺抗力而研究不同的營養資訊。其寶大部分寶寶扺抗力低弱可以有好多不同因素造成,下方為你準備幫寶寶提升免疫力的小貼士:

1. 減少或拒絕化學物質

減少或拒絕化學物質,農藥殘留,人工激素,食物添加劑等會影響到正在發育的小朋友的身體健康,身體愈細代表器官愈細,受影響愈大。你可以盡量為寶寶選擇有機食物,從而減少代學物的攝入。

2. 進食不同種類的食物

對有些家庭來說,飲食完全有機不是一件容易的事。如果冇辦法選擇好的食物來源,就要係日常飲食上選擇進食多種不同種類的食物。日常飲食應該包括堅果類,深海魚類,水果,而肉類應包括小量的紅肉幫助寶寶補鐵,唔食肉既小朋友就要食一些含鐵的營養補充品。

3. 睡眠品質

足夠的睡眠和優質的睡眠與質素對寶寶來說是至關重要,你的寶寶需要一個黑暗的房間睡覺。1歲至2歲的寶寶每日需要11-14的睡眠時間,3歲至5歲就每日需要11-13小時的睡眠,6歲至13歲會每日需要9-11小時的睡眠。寶寶睡覺時不要開著夜燈,也要關閉電子產品。
 

4. 消化系統


要注要寶寶的排便是否正常,平日飲食要注意補充益生元。益生元在免疫功能中扮演普極為重要的角色。你可以在各種富含纖維的食物中攝取到益生元,益生元能在消化道內移動但不會被消化掉,並給益菌提供養分以促進腸道內益菌的平衡。腸道會因此而變得更健康,可以更好地吸收身體所需的營養。
 

5. 糖份的攝取

糖份會抑制白血球吞噬和消滅有害微生物的能力,從而令寶寶的免疫能力減弱。完全不攝取糖則會影響身體的能量水平,所以應該要好好控制糖份的攝取。
 

6. 調節免疫系統

鋅能夠提高免疫功能和幫助提高消化功能,是調節免疫系統的重要營養素。爸爸媽媽要注意寶寶的日常飲食有沒有包含鋅的食物,富含鋅的食物包括廋牛肉,豬肉,魚,芝麻,豆類和小米。
 

7. 運動增強抵抗力


每日30分鐘的運動能增強抵抗力。你可以放心讓還不會行路的寶寶在地上爬行,年齡比較大的寶寶可以嘗試不同的運動,慢慢感受運動的樂趣。研究證明,有規律運動習慣的孩子,白血球的吞噬及殺菌能力有明顯增強。

  • 世界衛生組織建議母乳喂養對寶寶最適合。
  • 平衡飲食,同時母乳喂養也很重要 嬰兒配方奶粉應該只在你徵求醫生或健康醫生的建議之後才餵養。
