NEW FOOD PACKAGING IN STORE NOW

From August 2018, customers will notice our rebranded food packaging start to appear on shelf in all major stockists.

We are excited to announce our new packaging will start to appear on shelf from August 2018. This transition to new packaging will occur over a number of months. During this time there will be a mix of current and new packaging on shelf.

There are no major changes to these products, in some instances there is a small name change or slight recipe improvement, see below for the full details.

Products purchased via the website will be delivered to customers in our old packaging until the end of October. From November, products ordered from the website will be delivered in the new packaging.

Please note, our Infant Formula packaging will not be rebranded until later in 2019.

如果呢一刻你冇感到任何不適,呢段時間一定會更加特別!多達50%嘅準媽媽在懷孕時期會有不同程度嘅不適(特喇係懷孕初期),準媽媽可能會有感到勞累,惡心或不停嘔吐等反應。
 
當你沒有太多有效方式可以完全停止呢種孕吐反應時,就要嘗試控制到自己可接受嘅程度 – 包括期望踏入12-14週時嘅孕期時可以完全停止。

可以就食

當你感到好難受時,你最不想做的事就是「食」,但任何時候只要不是太難受你都要食。當你的血糖降低,惡心嘅感覺會更強烈,試著少食多餐去減少惡心的感覺。

嘗試小食

試一下小食,放少少你愛食嘅食物上餅乾,或者果汁。可能你會覺得都不是很健康的選擇,但食少少比什麼都不食要好。朝早可以試下新鮮生果呢類氣味較輕的食物。

水分要充足

如果你嘔,不停補充水份對控制惡心感覺是十分重要的。多飲水或補充能量的飲品有助減輕因為孕吐而引起的頭痛或不適。

嘗試薑

沒有太多的食物能有效控制孕吐,但薑可能可以幫到你。有時熟食會發出比較重的氣味,可能會讓你更想嘔,試一試薑味的小食,如薑味的餅乾或直接含薑。

  • 世界衛生組織建議母乳喂養對寶寶最適合。
